The mission of G-CASE is to promote professional leadership, provide an opportunity for the study of problems common to our members, and to communicate information that will impact improved services for exceptional children. G-CASE communicates to our members through year-long Professional Learning activities, conferences, email blasts, newsletters, and conference calls. Members of the Advisory Board report G-CASE initiatives and activities back to the districts each month and ask for recommendations and advice on specific special education-related topics. Elected G-CASE officials participate in and share information with directors from across the nation at the Annual CASE Conference and the International CEC Conference each year. G-CASE members also join with other educators to share our legislative priorities at "A Day at the Capital" in Atlanta and at the CASE Legislative Summit in Washington, DC each year.
