Research and Innovation

In an effort to fulfill our mission to impact state and national legislative policy, promote engaged membership, and provide performance-based Professional Learning, the Georgia Council of Administrators of Special Education (G-CASE) Research and Innovation Committee is a standing committee charged with evaluating and conducting state-of-art, research-based activities geared at providing direction in the areas of special education leadership and instructional best practices that benefit Georgia’s students with disabilities. Recent activities in these areas have included the establishment of the Special Education Administration Development Academy, the Coordinator Skills Institute, and the Georgia Dyslexia Collaborative.
