2024 G-CASE Fall Conference: Breakout Sessions

November 14, 2024

The Hyatt Regency Savannah

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Form

Theme: Revitalizing Relationships: Face-to-Face

Join us as we face and embrace current trends and best practices in Special Education and Relationships at the 2024 G-CASE Fall Conference in Savannah!  We invite you to share new initiatives or even new “spins” on proven processes and programs that work in your system/agency to provide highly effective, positive outcomes for our students.

G-CASE is seeking strong proposals for breakout sessions with a major focus on Relationships -- a critical topic that encompasses almost everything we do: Perfect IEP and Eligibility meetings, interacting with stakeholders, dispute resolutions, partnering with the community/businesses, extra-curricular activities for students with disabilities, building consensus, legal issues, specially designed instruction, special programs, funding, assessment, highly trained teachers…
Proposals for successful, innovative programs, services, or activities will be considered.  Preference will be given to proposals highlighting new initiatives and resources that are working and can be replicated in other systems.

Breakout sessions are 60 minutes long and are scheduled for Thursday, November 14.  There is an opportunity to repeat the presentation up to four times, depending on space availability and the quality of the proposal.

The deadline for submitting a proposal is October 1, 2024.

Proposals must contain the following information, which should be completed at this link:
